Hi everyone I had verticle sleeve surgery on july 29,13. I had a wonderfulDr. Robert Mckinney in Tylor Tex., my hospital care was at Trinity Mother Francis and they were and my husband.I was only there 3 days and I couldn't ask for better care. I want to talk to others going thru all the changes in diet and exercise, I also would like to exchange recipes with others. Just to talk and be a support system to others.General Information
