I'm Kimmie! I'm a 10 year veteran of RNY Gastric Bypass. I am now a fitness coach because I have learned that it's better together. I have had ups and downs in these last 10 years, I've been overweight since I was 19. I am a firm believer that a great support system is imperative to your success. You have to make a lifestyle change, and it is much easier with cheerleaders who know you, people who've been there, and an ability to learn from others what might work for you if something's not working for you. I'm hoping to start a group where we can have discussions, some daily accountability, and some fun!
