Hi everyone and welcome to my online group. I am a graduate of LAP RNY which was done December 16, 2005 and have maintained a 110lb weightloss.  I feel so blessed to be successful with my program that I have now become a group leader and would like to help others, and even if you don't need help, please come here to help encourage others who do. I feel that we can always use enhancement in our lives, remember this is a journey without a destination but if you continue on this journey, the road that lies ahead can only get better.
