Hi everyone,
My name is Annette. I had RNY in 2008. I have lost over 120 lbs. total but am 20lbs. from goal.
I just can't seem to get back on track. The carbs are calling and I am doing everything I can to stay away. I have started logging my food intake again and....suprise I am getting more calories than I thought. Any good recipes out there for protein based foods? NO CHICKEN please....if I eat one more piece of chicken I'm going to cough up some feathers.

 Hi Annette.  I am Tameka and I had the RNY one year ago on June 14 2010.  I am also close to my goal weight, but have reached a point were the pounds are not moving.  So, I am been eating a lot of fish (baked) and doing mostly vegetarian meals.  I have somewhat cut out lunch and drink a 42g protein shake mix with a banana and peanut butter.

I too am eating more fish but am not a big fan of it. I am trying to amp up my workouts with zumba and cardio classes and lots of walking. I know at this point I must focus on th little things. Bacause it's the little things that can become big problems! Thanksfor your reply.
