Hey Everyone - welcome to Carrs for Stars Weight Loss Support Group! We will be meeting at my home everything Thursday evening at 6:30 p.m. We are promoting the most wonderful shake mix that taste like a cake mix (I'm not kidding) and have will be doing shake samples, weigh in's and measurements, etc. for those of your who need the support of your friends and family!
