Hello Group.

I am looking forward to tonight's meeting. I just returned from Ft Wayne and while I was there, I went into Big Lots with my sister (who is a shopaholic) and we were there quite a while. Since we were there so long, I was getting hungry so I was looking for something to snack on the wasn't as fattening as all the food products in this store. I stumbled onto a snack that I had never seen before. This line of goods are made by Old Oakville Snack Company. There are three flavors and they are made from soy and come from Canada. There are two kinds of crisps, one is Honey BBQ, and the other, Sour Cream and Onion and there is also a corn tortilla which I haven't tried yet. I was surprised at how good they were. 2 cups=190 calories and 26 carbs (minus gr dietary fiber= 22 gr carbs). Of course, you can get away with 1 cup to satisfy your snack tooth. Terri, maybe you can check into the nutrition guidelines. I don't want to mislead anyone but it is hard to find a snack product to eat that tastes this good. I particularly like the Honey BBQ because it is on the sweet and salty side so it satisfies both cravings. These, of course, are baked as well. I thought the price was very reasonable at $1.30/bag.
