Topic: Curves Info - Free Month and Annual Food Drive (join for free!)
Hi - Just wanted to pass along the following info if any of our female members (sorry, guys) are interested in joining Curves:
I'm a member of the one in Cromwell (Price Rite plaza off of 372), so if anyone wants to try it out, I can get you a free month at any time.  Just email me through OH or give me your info (I think I need to your name, address and phone number so they can send you the certificate in the mail and set up a time for you to come in for an initial "no pressure" consult)

If you end up wanting to join, they are having the Curves Annual Food Drive promotion from April 4 - 17th that you can join for free just by donating a bag of canned goods or non-perishable items. I think this is going on for many of the different locations country wide, so check with your local Curves if you don't want to join the one in Cromwell.

Thanks!

Topic: RE: My Personal Sabatoge Goal - Lower Carbs by 30%

I went to OA (Overeaters Anonymous) for a while.  It was very interesting and helped a little. I was very overweight and most of the people there were anorexic (sp?).  But it was still educational.  Lynne
