Maryellen, what a healthy attitude. I look forward to a wonderful Valentine weekend. Although I should express my love on a daily basis It's wonderful to be able to focus a few hours on expressing the gratitude and LOVE to the person who makes me whole. Please have a fun and joyous Valentines weekend. Remember it's not about having a spouse it's about Love. So love up everybody you can, including your kids, pets, friends, and family.

sooooo true, thanks for posting this Maryellen. Bad habits certainly contributed to my obesity and identifying, controlling, and conquering them will alllow me to work towards success on my weight loss journey.
