I spoke with Maryellen's Husband this evening and he reported that the surgery went well. Surgery took 8 hours. Please join me in wishing her a speedy recovery.

Hello My Fellow CCCers................

Tomorrow is my big day.......................

I'm scheduled for my LBL, I'll be getting a huge vertical incission from under my boobs then cut 360 bikini line and all around from above my butt......YIKES!

I was told this morning by my ps Dr. that I must remain either lying flat or walking, no sitting for a month....WTF, and how is that humanly possible?

and although I"m known to be the Fearless LIPO (Long Island Post Ops) Leader.....


I'm SCARED ****LESS RIGHT NOW!

PLEASE KEEP ME IN YOUR THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS FOR A SPEEDY RECOVERY!

Sorry I did not get this to you sooner but I had some PC problems.

Impromptu Pre-Meeting Walk:
 Our Impromptu walk before the meeting was a success.  We had 4 for the walk and it was very refreshing with the weather warm and sunny. .

Meeting Overview
We had 5 attendees with a mix of men and women, Laplanders, RNY and even a resent Plastic surgery  member.    The cross section of concerns were very informative and I think everyone walked away with something new to use. for success. 

Future Events  
Members discussed future events they wanted to attend.  We will be discussing this at a core group and setting up some dates for planned events.   

But the consensus  was some impromptu events might be a welcome unexpected surprise that just might be what our psyche needs at a weak moment to  help us succeed.  So keep a look out for those coming your way in near future.
