loved the meeting

I really enjoyed the meeting today.  I feel like we will really be able to help each other and have so mu*****ommon.  I just finished my food log for today and it doesn't look too bad. Thanks for the support.  Lynne

Lynne... I am proud of you! We each identified an issue we want to deal with and decided to make a public commitment to help us change our behavior. You are the first to post! That shows me that you are committed to making this change..... and you are sooooo right in saying we can help each other through sharing our common successes and challenges. 
I also took my first step in honoring my commitment to increasing my exercise routine.. I stepped on to the eliptical torture machine this morning and had a good workout. I will post again at the next opportunity! The Central Connecticut Cares support group really does.... well there seems to be no other way to say it.... we CARE about each other and ourselves! Have a wonderful day!   Dan
