Last meeting

Here is what you missed... plenty of samples (Thanks to our friends at LIPO...Maryellen), Bariatric related publications/magazines including the latest from OH, Obesity Help"s handouts to help us make it through the holidays, and some yummy and nutritious recipes.... most important was the opportunity to discuss our weight loss issues... 
Attendance was very low this month, and I hope that means each of you are doing well, and very busy for the Holidays... Suppoort continues to a very important part of the success story for us.... attend the meetings of your choice but please attend!
