strictures :(

i posted a blog about some questions about strictures... anyone had one? any thoughts? info.. please check out my blog and feel free to leave me some ideas... anything would be a great help... im worried now cuz im loosing weight but not becuase im eating good, but because im not eating...

so yup i had a stricture... mild, but enough of one to make a difference... had a great!!!! two days... felt weird at first being able to eat and enjoy it, but then today im throwing up (just dinner so far) so gotta see if i just got slack and pushed myself or what...

how quick to they reoccur? anyone know?
