Th next photo was taken 15 months (170 pounds lighter) after surgery at a support group meeting.



I love the "tool" I have been given and plan to maximize its utility. I have found, without doubt, my journey cannot be taken without the support of the friends I have met. Thank each and everyone of you.

i need to get some post-op pics taken.. down 63lbs today at the dr :) yay...  no skiing this weekend no snow... oh well the winter olympics are on so that will be a blast to watch
