Melva, So that means on March Tuesday 23rd you will be ready to start Day 1 again right ?
Okay I will take the next 8 days to revisit some chapters that I really didn’t do so well on and then restart Day 1 on March 23.
April, you and I spoke about what we were going to do about restarting the program. Is this okay with you?
It would be nice if we all could do round two together!
Is there any one else that is wanting to start Day 1 with us on Tuesday 23 ?

I am on day #1 of BDS
I had my RNY in May 09 and have lost 80lb. I have been at the same weight for the last 2 months. I will say I have been sitting on my hiney and not making good choices of late. I am getting back on track and hope that working this program in combination of my tool, I can get back to losing an make my goal of 140.
If anyone wants a online buddy give drop me a line, I have aol & yahoo as well as FB and I would love to communicate with someone who has the same struggles on this journey.

Practice, Practice, Practice
This is official last day of the program, but there are still two more chapters to read about maintaining.
As we continue to work on reaching our goals, There will be rough patches along the way and when we hit them or get off track, remember we have the tools we need to succeed.
Continue to practise all the good habits we have learned , use your response cards and re read any chapters that are needed.
I have truly enjoyed doing this program, Iplan to continue to use these techniques and to practice them until they become automatic. I have lost a whopping 13.5 pounds in these 42 days, and it really was not that difficult I am so excited.
I will read the last two chapters today and then start the book over again re visiting each day but spending more time on the days that i need some improvement on.
ARE YOU PLANNING YOUR MEALS AND EXERCISE TIME?
