Coffee
LUNCH
1 Protein
1 Vegetable
Finger Salad
(no dressing)
DINNER
1 Protein
1 Vegetable
Salad
Advantages
1) It will make me more successful in business and financially (others will respect me)
2) Pride when I look in the mirror
3) Save money on food
4) Knees and ankles won’t hurt
5) Can go to the gym w/o pain
6) Can go kayaking
7) Can wear heels
8) Travel in planes comfortably
9) Hike with husband
10) Keep diabetes under control
11) Visit old friends w/o feeling shame
12) Save money on clothes (won’t buy multiple items in an effort to find something that makes me look less fat)
13) Shopping in regular stores
14) Freeing my spirit!
15) Not being anxious about sitting on chairs (will I fit? Will it break?)
Perceived Disadvantages
1) Not being able to use food to soothe the savage beast of anxiety
(Last week I ate things like donuts and granola bars that increase my cravings and make me feel out of control. Yesterday I ate omelets, beefy vegetable soup- things that give me restriction.) Wow, this feels good, if strange, to congratulate myself!!!
Eat more slowly. Savor each bite. Read day 5 and complete the activities.
Dont forget:
Read your motivations list
Eat sitting down
Congratulate yourself
Have your meal plan in place.
