Free Spirit, Those 100 cal items are designed for and by people that do not or never had a weight problem. Just think 3 of those little bags = the cal of a full meal. YUP and open bag/box is an empty one.

I really believe this plan is going to be a life saver for me.
I went to Chapters today, and found the book for……$6.99 was I surprised!!!! I also picked up the Work Book, it was $18.95. I’m so excited to have my own copies YAHOOOO

Credit myself
Be accountable here daily
Exercise is not an option
Be aware of cravings and desires
Plan meals today for tomorrow

I was not sure where to put this so I decided that the Day 6 Coach was the best place. I want to share one of my major downfalls.
Eating at night is a big thing for me. I quite often will want something to eat, it could be a P B sandwich or a bowl of cereal in the evening…..I purposely choose to wait till everyone is in their bedrooms or asleep till I go and get what ever it is I want.
With this said, I want to declare that as of today if I feel the need to sabotage myself in this manner I will come here in search of a Diet Coach.
“I WILL NOT EAT ALONE AT NIGHT WHEN EVERYONE IS IN BED"
if I need to eat it will be: SF Jello, Protein Shakes, coffee and tea ONLY
