Day 11 of the BDS
Differentiate between hunger, desire and cravings. Today’s assignment is to get in tune with how you feel before, during and after meals. Use the chart on pg 119, describe your fullness . Rate each meal and snack from 0 - 10.
I think this will be the most challenging assignment yet. I'll be back with my findings.

Sit Down, Slow Down, Enjoy Each Bite

Be accountable here daily
Exercise is not an option

I went to the gym today and spent 45 mins on the treadclimber and 15 on the treadmill ,I'm hurting to night, LOL but whats a little pain the she those 5 pounds vanish....thats my goal

Day 10 is setting a realistic goal. Suggests small goals of 5 pounds, and reward yourself- celebrate when you have achieved it then focus on the next 5 pounds.
My goal is to lose the 5 pounds as suggested in a month, so by March 5 I will be down five pounds. My celebration or reward will be determined by the last week on Feb.

Read Day 9 and set a realistic goal.The book suggests to set your goals to 5 pounds at a time. That sounds like a good idea to me. So my 1st goal is to loose 5 pounds.
Dont Forget to:
Read your advantages list/response cards
eat slowly
exercise
work on your schedule ( some of us are still tweaking them)
Eat everytning sitting down
I will be rereading the book this weekend up to day 9.
