I understand the getting full on nothing and going back to your plate repeatedly. The thing with us WLS people is we know what we should and should not be doing, the surgery fixed our stomach but not our brains. I think this is were we will benefit from the BDS,

Heres what I will do daily to succeed:
Read Advantage Lists 2 xs a day or more if needed
Sit Down, Slow Down, Enjoy Each Bite
Credit myself
Be accountable here daily
Exercise is not an option
Be aware of cravings and desires
Plan meals today for tomorrow

completely getting rid of diabetes
Looking and feeling more attractive
not having to worrie what everyone else thinks or says
being able to shop in any store
not always trying to cover up with big baggy clothes
not having people ask me when I am due
Percieved Disadvantages to Loosing Weight
having people tell me that have lost too much and look sick
having a dh who thinks he can pick me up all the time
having a dh who gets anoyed because I will like to shop even more
having to wait for every else to get done eating befor we leave the table

My Daughter works in the hospital in our city. She has graciously shared the Norwalk flu with us, thank God it will only last a day or two.
I have not had anything bu****er since last night at about 10:00 its now 4:15. I’m going to try to get a protein coffee in right now.
I am doing Day12 as far as doing the charting and recognising degrees of hunger…I have a first hand hatred for hunger right now. This is a hard lesson this hunger thing LOL.
I know I find its getting harder as well, I find it even more challenging because we don’t know each other and I don’t want to offend you by anything I might say or suggest during these steps.
Anyways, I hope day 11 is going well for you, maybe in the next day or two we can talk about food issues and what we are eating…..the diets we have chose to follow. I know when I share what my daily intake is on different forums it helps me to be more accountable.
I know we will deal with this in week 3 but if we need it now to keep focused whats the harm!!

I credited myself for not over doing it today, taking care of me even though dh has the same thing.upset i missed the gym but couldn't be helped
