I have the workbook and it helps because a checklist of what you should be doing for the day you are on.
Day 3 was one of the hardest for me to learn. Sitting down while eating nearly drove me insane. I am on Day 16, and it is becoming habit now. I started to eat something standing up, and one of my kids noticed I wasn't sitting. I never even told them about the new rule, but I guess they saw the struggle I have it. I wouldn't worry about meal planning, because you have several more days until is the required activity for the day. I was much more equipped for it when the day actually came.
Hang in there, it gets easier.

What I have been doing was day 1 then 2 now 3 and yes combining the current day with what I have learned the previous day. So I will change that and just do that day only. Question when do we combine all together...

I am writing everything surprisingly it has shown me where I may have the potential to scew up and sabatoge my self. Gym is good congrats on that, if you made it to the gym you burned off some of the extra calories if you ate off your plan and as fr as the game take some crystal lite and some veggies, so don't beat yourself up just keep going you did good !!!!!!!!
Right now, my surgeon and his nutritionist still have me eating around 600 calories and 60-80 grams of protein. Since I don’t have a real hunger, it is not hard to physically do this. Sometimes, my head hunger makes it hard, but I try to turn that off. My hair is falling out like crazy, and I am hoping he will allow me to up my calories a little, so I can up the protein.
So far, the book hasn’t addressed eating out. I am hoping that it will at some point, because everyone eats out. Since they didn’t have anything yet, I had to devise my own plan so I would not lose my way.
My weight is still going to down at a pretty steady pace. I have lost 78 pounds so far, and 5.5 pounds away from Onderland. I usually stop 2 pounds before the next milestone that I want…I am trying to think positive about this one, and will away a stall….lol
on a good note I can see positive things I wanted to lose 10 #'s, I actually lost 2#'s since starting which is more realistic. Any suggestions I am gonna stay with this, and I want to share with the group my experiences I don't want to always be negative... HELP
thanks Bev...yes I need to go go the store and "restock" my envionment. Sug free gum, spenda, tea, salad ingredients....also Im thinking about reintroducing fruit into my diet. I have been avoiding it due to calories and sugar, but maybe it will help my sweet tooth that I have had lately. I'd be better off eating a sweet juicy piece of fruit to take the edge off than avoiding it alltogether and end up bingeing on candy.
Headaches remain today..... :(
