Heres what I will do daily to succeed:
Read Advantage Lists 2 xs a day or more if needed
Sit Down, Slow Down, Enjoy Each Bite
Credit myself
Be accountable here daily
Exercise is not an option
Be aware of cravings and desires
Plan meals today for tomorrow

Hi I am new to the group. Just got my book today so it seems I am waaaay behind. I guess that makes my status...starting to read the book and figure out the program.

like in another forum someone was talking about eat until saited...not full. I think that sometimes the idea of the small amount of food that it takes to make me feel saited messes with my head and my mind wants to eat MORE...definitely gonna need a new perspective on that one.

Full and overfull is just one bite apart. I need to practice mindful eating to prevent overeating, recognise "normal fullness." Once again here is were the benefits of doing day 11 and 12 come in, we have been preparing for a day such as this!!!

That is so true, Free, I don't know how many times I can tell you I've eaten unplanned and then most of the time the wrong food plus way too much. haven't gooten s far as you but I can see where thinking and planning will be mastered as we learn the new strategy's to cope with most of our issues which has gotten us into the weight issues we have now.

Funny you mention, today is my 4 th yr anniversary of my WLS. I must say I am a different person Haapy to be where I am gotta work on it daily. I have come to the realization this will be the way of my life for the rest of my life
