I have picked back up on the book. I am on Day 26. I noticed that as much as 25 and 26 scared, they are probably helping me the most. Today has been a big help. Tomorrow I will be on day 27. Since I usually weigh on Thursdays, I am going to do day 28 (get ready for weigh-in) tomorrow as well. Do you think this is ok?

Are you staying at a hotel? If you are , and there is a fridge bring lots high protein food items.
Sliced meat, cooked chicken, hard boiled eggs,nuts, cottage cheese, yogurt maybe tuna salad. Take some fruit and raw vegs. Maybe buy some bottled water. Freeze the water and place with your food items to keep them cold.
You could always go to the grocery store once you get there and get some of these items. Don't forget to take some cutlery.
I think the key is to really spend some time planning your meals for those days and stick to it. Stay far away from the fast foods and carbs like muffins, donuts burgers and fries.
Throw a few Low carb, high protein bars in your purse. Take some gum, its boring if you are traveling and eating is a great pass time but it is hard to eat if you are chewing gum.

It’s a trap, it’s a trick.
I spent 1 hour at the gym first thing this morning, then I needed to go to the Auto Shop to get something for my vehicle. Service fellow say it will be about I/2 hour. so I say, I will go upstairs to the caf and have a coffee.... he gives me a complementary ticket for the coffee.
I go upstairs ask for the coffee and there sits about 2 dozen M&M cookies, large ones, fresh baked. Here’s how it goes
I say" oh, those look good“!
She says “ have one“!
I say “Oh no, that’s okay"! and I’m thinking I am trying to lose weight and cookies are not on the plan for today
She says “go ahead there complimentary", awe free food.
I say “well maybe I will then, thank you “, thinking I just spent 1 hr at the gym
Shaking her head It’s a trick, it's a trap. LOL
So there I go, so much for ..I don’t have any people in my life that push food on me right now. I just read this chapter yesterday. That cookie cost me 220 cals and 26 carbs grrrr LOL

Stay in Control when Eating Out
Wow only 12 more days and I will have completed the whole program
I don’t cook on the weekends so its leftovers or eating out…we usually do at least one Breakfast and one Dinner..
If we go to my favourite breakfast place I have, a 4 oz steak, 2 eggs and a fruit cup.
Most times I will check online for the menu and make 2 choices before we go and I stick to one or the other. I recently have been asking for a take-out contained when the waiter comes back to check the first time and then remove ½ right away.
