After practicing BDS, I have noticed myself thinking and rationalizing before I put anything into my mouth.
Last night at our Banquet Dinner, we were served Steak with all the trimmings green beans and baked potatoe and of course fresh green salad and some sort of chocolte desert. I was so proud of mself last night and this morning, I ate few bites of the green salad, 1/3 of the steak after I raked No GREEN BEANS & NO POTATOES. As for the desert I kept giving to a man at the table and each time they brought me another, Its almost like they wanted to sabatoge my plans, but I held strong to my plans my desire is to shed this weight in 2010, and I can't do it by yo-yo'ing with my meal plan.
All I can say is stick to your plans folks either don't know or don't care. Care about your self and do it for you. I KNOW I DID AND I AM

Solving Problems
To solve a problem, you first have to define it.
Don’t just feel the emotion of the problem, find out what lead to it…and then respond the Beck way to the negative thoughts.
Think of various solutions to solve the issue, weigh the pros and cons.
Be realistic, not every problem can not be solved, some are out of our control but others can be minimized with the coping skills Beck has provided.
To define the problem and identify it, use the 7 Question Technique that was learned on day 27.
Remember to contact your diet coach, reach out to this group for help from others.
The Seven Question Technique
1. What kind of thinking error could I be making?
2. What evidence is there that this thought might not be true?
3. Is there an alternative explanation or other way to view this?
4. What is the most realistic outcome of this situation?
5. What is the effect of me believing this though and what could be the effect of changing my thinking?
6. What would I tell a friend if they were in this situation?
7. What should I do now?
If you haven’t already, it might be helpful to have these 7 written out on some cards.

I plan on posting every day, I feel this is important because this group is so small it could easily get lost. I plan on posting something on each day as I read the chapter. I am glad to hear that you plan to stay active and accountable too.

Glad you were able to find somethings to wear.
When I was loosing fast just after surgery I did not want to pay a lot for clothes so I did a lot of shopping at the second hand store. I also donated my things as soon as I out grew them.
Did I say congratulations getting into onderland!!!!!
