When I read them I can see that there are a few that I am very close to achieving, for example my #19 is *to be able to go for a run*. I have never ran in my life but when I see people running and I want to do it to.
When I go to the gym I try to do running intervals, today I was able to run on the tread mill for 2 full minutes. My knees will tell me about it tonight but I don't care, it's a "oh Well".
I just finished the 5DPT on Friday. On Monday I am starting the S.B. way of life. going today to get some vegs.

Heres what I will do daily to succeed:
Read Advantage Lists 2 xs a day or more if needed
Sit Down, Slow Down, Enjoy Each Bite
Credit myself
Be accountable here daily
Exercise is not an option
Be aware of cravings and desires
Plan meals today for tomorrow
I made Tuna Salad I will take the lettuce and a protein snack. Other than that it will be Water with my crystal lite.

Ok, I am on my day 2.... As suggested, I am starting back at the beginning.
My plan is #1 WLS Protein First, Count Calories, 3 meals 2 snacks, no grazing, limit carbs, probably do the 5 day pouch test to start. Keep calories < 1200
Plan #2 South Beach

Reduce Arthrtis Pain
Reduce Cholesterol and risk of cancer stay off statin drugs
Be Comfortable in Pics, no more hiding
Be able to walk easier
Reduce knee, foot and hip pain
Scuba, SNorkel and Swim in the Mediteranian and take fun/active Vacations
Lower Blood Pressure
Feel Beautiful again
Sleep Apnea will be gone - have lots of energy
Fit in my skinny jeans
Hike to Macchu Picchu
Reach Goal by next Bday......

I agree with Baja, have fun with the family, play ball and chase the kids around….. have a blast!
Are you taking any of the food you had planned for today? If you know what people are bringing, why not spend some time looking up the nutritional value and work a plan around it. Avoid anything white, or sweet!
Some times we have to take a different route with our plans, as long as there planned I think you will be fine.
