Congratulations to all who are trying to follow Becks

I'm really not doing it right now.  Yeah, I know the first card is "Do it Anyway."  But, I really not in the right frame of mind.  I do expect to be a food addict til I die--hopefully many years hence-- and I will get back down to working the program soon.

However, I'm glad at how you are woking the program and posting about it.  Sometimes ( and I do only mean sometimes) I feel the site is dominated by a few people.  But, that is good if no one else is bothering to post.  Hopefully people who are thinking about working Becks will read your posts and be inspired to work it and join in your discussion.  I do periodically recommend this Group on the Hunger and Food Troubles Forum.  Others of you may want to mention it on any other Forums on which you post.

Bob, any and everyone is encouraged to post and post regularly. I know  personally, I will post to get a response hoping we can and will open up and something will benefit whomever. I'm still struggling which is why i come to the group so frequently. We have so much knowledge as a group I only hope more would open up and share and benefit by each other.
