Make Time and Energy for Dieting

I am not sure how it would work for anyone else, BUT, I made a change to my scheduling that has really been beneficial to me.   I recently got a Blackberry, so I programmed all of my dieting activities in there, including, water, vitamins, meals, and exercise.    I may not be ready for that event as soon as the alarm goes off, I have the constant reminder.   It has been so helpful.  

Time change has really thrown a kink in my scheduling because my body is on a different clock...LOL   Even though we lose an hour of sleep in this cycle, I do adjust to it much quicker than the fall back.   I figure I will be good and adjusted by next week.

Good use of your balckberry. Sleep i've lost more than an hour of that in the last few days!!  Right adjust but never catch up.

Heres what I will do daily to succeed:
Read Advantage Lists  2 xs a day or more if needed
Sit Down, Slow Down, Enjoy Each Bite
Credit myself
Be accountable here daily
Exercise is not an option
Be aware of cravings and desires
Plan meals today for tomorrow
