A True Test Today
I am having my family reunion today. I tried to make excuses for not going but I really wanna go I believe I am afraid I do not want to break my meal plan. Everything we have been learning in BDS will be shown to me today, 1st to start off the the food pushers will be everywhere with every food you can imagine. I know I will have all the sabotaging thoughts and many temptations.
Here is my plan
1. I will say no alot
2. I will take my own protein and other snacks
3. Take and read my advantage and response cards .
4. Take walks around the park several times.
Any suggestions will really really be helpful..

I agree with Baja, have fun with the family, play ball and chase the kids around….. have a blast!
Are you taking any of the food you had planned for today? If you know what people are bringing, why not spend some time looking up the nutritional value and work a plan around it. Avoid anything white, or sweet!
Some times we have to take a different route with our plans, as long as there planned I think you will be fine.

Heres what I will do daily to succeed:
Read Advantage Lists 2 xs a day or more if needed
Sit Down, Slow Down, Enjoy Each Bite
Credit myself
Be accountable here daily
Exercise is not an option
Be aware of cravings and desires
Plan meals today for tomorrow
