Keep Your Skills Fresh
Keep practicing the skills that you have learned over the last 6 weeks. Review the list of techniques you have learned during this program. This is the key to success!!!
When there is danger of straying from your diet, remember to focus on these:
Plan and monitor what you eat
Read your response Cards
Go back and review and day that tends to cause you problems.

Read Advantage Lists 2 xs a day or more if needed
Sit Down, Slow Down, Enjoy Each Bite
Credit myself
Be accountable here daily
Exercise is not an option
Be aware of cravings and desires
Plan meals today for tomorrow
