Shopping Experience

I mentioned in other posts that I have hit Onderland, and that I needed to go shopping.   When chasing my kids around, I have been walking right out of my jeans.   It was an eventual experience...lol

That pants that are falling off are 18s, but my mom had altered them to be smaller so I could wear them longer.  I knew I would fit into 16s, and was hoping for 14s.

Well, I was all over the place.  Some 16s wouldn't button, which was a little funny because I am wearing a pair of 16s in the same brand.     I bought two pair of 16s because I need some pants that don't fall off.    I bought a pair of large exercise pants.   I bought a pair of 12/14 pants that fit nicely, and two pair of 14s that almost fit but not quite.

I got two tops.  I didn't try them on, but know they will fit by spring...They are spring tops.

Not as much fun as I had hoped, but encouraging.

April, thanks for sharing your shopping experience. I had to smile while I en-visioned a woman running around the house chasing kids while trying to hold up her pants then reaching for the child and tripping over her pants...alnd the kids laughing hysterically.
Glad you were able to find somethings to wear.
When I was  loosing fast just after surgery I did not want to pay a lot for clothes so I did a lot of shopping at the second hand store. I also donated my things as soon as I out grew them.

Did I  say congratulations getting into onderland!!!!!

April, that is fantastic.  Look at it this way a little looser or a size smaller is progress in action
