Any Sabatoging Thoughts
As I am going thought the BDS, I must stop frequently and read each day more than Once. It's so simple but at the same time so hard. I am on day 22 I remember one of our post saying "Oh Well What The Hell", well that still applies here. It is so true in that you can't stop sabotaging thoughts from arsing, but how you can respond to them is what matters.
