Get Ready To Weigh In

This is the end of the second week. And its time to prepare for your next weigh in, remember it just a number an informational tool to give you a guide line to follow. Don’t stress about  what  the number says if it is not what you thought it should be.

Because I stayed on one of the previous day for a few days, this day does not apply today. My weight in and graph day was Friday.

1st time 01/31/2010 - 03/14/2010 lost 13 lbs
2nd time started 03/23/2010 -
Heres what I will do daily to succeed:
Read Advantage Lists  2 xs a day or more if needed
Sit Down, Slow Down, Enjoy Each Bite
Credit myself
Be accountable here daily
Exercise is not an option
Be aware of cravings and desires
Plan meals today for tomorrow

Thank you for that Monday is My weigh day I am @ 220. down 11 pounds from when I first met the group I plan on doing weekly. 

I will reach My goal in 2010

Melva, thats an awesome lose. Have you started your graph yet? 

I find that keepin my little "'it's just a number" thread really helps me keep accountable. On other threads I never mention my exact weight, but this group is somewhat different.

I know not everyone wants to plaster there weight  for the world to see  LOL  It really shows  me how my weight  fluctuates, its  just one more step of accountablity for me.

You will be at goal in no time!!!!
