Becks Diet Solution
DAY 27
Master the Seven Question Technique
We will use the last 2 days to help with this exercise. Using the sabotaging thoughts and thinking mistakes we have wrote in our diet notebooks we are to analyze them using the 7 questions she has designed and make Response Cards to help us speak to our sabotaging thoughts.
Read these Response Cards daily and whenever the need arises.
Hmmm, just when I think things are getting easier. I almost want to stay here for a day or two BUT I won't.
"I am just trying to avoid really looking at the truth. Once I acknowledge the truth, I will not feel comfortable in justifying and ignoring those sabotaging thoughts and thinking mistakes". I know I will be back here before long though. Oh well, off to write some response cards.

Now that everyone is over the stomach bug, the family is feeling better. The other issues are calming down as well. I have been doing a Bible study at a new church on the Love Dare.. I didn't think my husband was really reacting to it, but I was talking to the pastor and he said the things seems like it may be reaching him. I had not looked at the way he did, but was glad to hear his prospective. I do know my husband has calmed down some, probably the first time since he got back. I am going to keep working on myself and hope it rubs off on him.
I went to a WLS support this weekend. They gave a tip on breakfast. She said to get the Kroger Carbmaster yogurt, Vanilla or Strawberry and mix a half-scoop of protein powder in it and it is great breakfast. I have chocolate protein powder and that is what I have been mixing the past two days. Once in the strawberry and the other in vanilla, oh my, it was so good. I dont even like yogurt but this is something I can do almost every day.
April, glad you are back, feeling better and things have calmed down in your home life.
Good to hear you are ready to move on. Stress can do a lot of weird things to our bodies.
Thanks for the breakfast tip I will have to try it. I tend to have protein coffee for breakfast every morning.
Yesterday was my hubbys . I didn't do to bad with the but I certainly put almost all that I learned on BDS on the back burner for that day . So back at it today
