This is hump day of this six week program, it feels great to be half way though!

 Say Oh, Well, to Disappointment

How to deal with resentment and rebelliousness of your diet and exercise life. When the disadvantages of dieting seem greater than the advantages. We need to find a “Oh Well’ attitude and reminding ourselves that though we may not like dieting, it is reality, it is what we have to do to reach our goal. This is a way of life, accept it  and  deal with it.

I’ll be making a card that says “OH WELL , suck it up and do it" to use when I find myself not in the mood to follow my diet or my exercise plan.

1st time 01/31/2010 - 03/14/2010 lost 13 lbs
2nd time started 03/23/2010 -
Heres what I will do daily to succeed:
Read Advantage Lists  2 xs a day or more if needed
Sit Down, Slow Down, Enjoy Each Bite
Credit myself
Be accountable here daily
Exercise is not an option
Be aware of cravings and desires
Plan meals today for tomorrow

I haven't had to use it yet this week, but I know this will come in handy in the future at some point.     I hope today is better for you than yestereday was.     My situation is not really better, but I am calm and at peace about things, so that is a good start.  Small steps on everything, right.

I just want to say how grateful I am to be able to come here and post every day.  It is keeping me accountable, I  feel that posting everyday is what is keeping me focused and keeping me determined to go all the way with this 6 week program, even if I am not doing it 100% right I will still see it to the end.

I just want to thank Free where ever she might be for getting this started, it is because of her that I bought the book and found this spot...I had never even heard of this book three weeks ago.

I also want to thank Melva and April for hanging in there with me.  We can do this together!!
