GETTING BACK ON TRACK
Today deals with specific "fooling yourself thoughts".
Eating that No, No food that doesn’t mean that you should give up your diet for the day..... eat everything in sight and start again tomorrow. It means you need to recognise why you have eatten that item acknowledge it and get back on track!
You have not blown it completely, …you hit a road block…acknowledge it and turn around. Don’t beat yourself up about it! Its not okay to give up!!
The workbook gives several steps to save the day and the diet, from abandonment.

Sit Down, Slow Down, Enjoy Each Bite
Credit myself
Be accountable here daily
Exercise is not an option
Be aware of cravings and desires
Plan meals today for tomorrow
I'm going to "Start Over This Moment".
This one is a good one I quite often find I do this. I am so glad this book is bringing all my dirty little secrets to the light. LOL Have I said how much I love this book!!!
I’m going to learn to acknowledge my mistakes, deal with it and move on. Its not the end of the world, if I blow it.
I can choose to have a pity party (I have always have lots of food at my pity parties) or just move on immediately…I choose the later one!!! I am going to keep starting over till I get it right.
