Whats your Status- Monday

Today I am working on Day 16 avoid unplanned eating.Wow, this is the main underlying problem of my weight issues! I hate planning anything to detail. I am a true free spirit I thrive in situations where there is flexibility. I am going to have to come up with some general eating guidelines and create more menu options?? Maybe?? I am working on it.

That's my status...What's yours?

That is so true, Free, I don't know how many times I can tell you I've eaten unplanned and then  most of  the time the wrong food plus way too much. haven't gooten s far as you but I can see where thinking and planning will be mastered as we learn the new strategy's to cope with most of our issues which has gotten us into the  weight issues we have now.

This is gonna be or new wa of life ...Forever.

Hi I am new to the group. Just got my book today so it seems I am waaaay behind. I guess that makes my status...starting to read the book and figure out the program.

1st time 01/31/2010 - 03/14/2010 lost 13 lbs
2nd time started 03/23/2010 -
Heres what I will do daily to succeed:
Read Advantage Lists  2 xs a day or more if needed
Sit Down, Slow Down, Enjoy Each Bite
Credit myself
Be accountable here daily
Exercise is not an option
Be aware of cravings and desires
Plan meals today for tomorrow
