Whats Your Status-Saturday

Im working on Day 15, still feeling a little queasy so I may not eat everything on the plan, Yesterday I went home from work dealthly illl-vomiting and stomach cramps. Today I feel better, but sipping on liquids and no protien shakes today.

you're # 1 so take care of you first. As a nurse I can tell you drink a lot of liquids dont put anything down a qweezy stomach. You should feel better by tomorrow, Just keep up the faith..Melva

As Melva said lots of fluids,  rest  and relax a little

2nd time started 03/23/2010 -
Heres what I will do daily to succeed:
Read Advantage Lists  2 xs a day or more if needed
Sit Down, Slow Down, Enjoy Each Bite
Credit myself
Be accountable here daily
Exercise is not an option
Be aware of cravings and desires
Plan meals today for tomorrow

You might, that's what started my pounds moving...it happened while i was sick  here's hoping
