Say NO CHOICE to Unplanned Eating
The book says I can’t have it both ways…I can’t have my cake and expect the scales to move the next time I get on it!!!
Judith Beck says, she has some rules she rarely breaks, and doesn’t even give it a second thought, she just follows the rules. She doesn’t struggle with them there’s no inner conflict, she doesn’t feel deprived and she doesn’t end up eating food she will be sorry for in the morning. This is why I am doing the BDS, this is my goal…..I need learn how to not break the rules….
Unplanned Eating is not an option!!!

Heres what I will do daily to succeed:
Read Advantage Lists 2 xs a day or more if needed
Sit Down, Slow Down, Enjoy Each Bite
Credit myself
Be accountable here daily
Exercise is not an option
Be aware of cravings and desires
Plan meals today for tomorrow

Writing out my Advantage list, reading while writing it and reading it again that’s 3 X’s
Exercising, went to the gym
Staying on track with food plan…so far
Planning tomorrows food plan
No unplanned eating…so far
The big one…….not gaining any weight
