How's everyone doing?  I love the weekends but as far as  sticking to a diet I dread them.
At my house most weekends food wise is fend for yourself, either find some leftovers or......God forbid.....cook a meal. The adults in my house........ just cant be bothered They pretend they don't know how to cook..... I have proof that they do know how!!!  So we tend to eat out or order in Saturday and Sunday.

 I am not so sure how I am going to stick to my plan.  I'm just going to make good choices and if we eat out I think I will request a take out container right away so I can package up most of it...out of site out of mind LOL

Heres what I will do daily to succeed:
Read Advantage Lists  2 xs a day or more if needed
Sit Down, Slow Down, Enjoy Each Bite
Credit myself
Be accountable here daily
Exercise is not an option
Be aware of cravings and desires
Plan meals today for tomorrow

Its weird, it's the opposite for me. The WORK days are the hardest to stick to my plan, but weekends are so much easier for me. What really helps me on the weekends is having a good breakfast. Keeps me full for hours. Thats a good ida for the resturant plan. pack up the extra right away.
