Day 14 finalize your meal plan
April, I think South Beach phase one is a great diet to get back to eating similar to WLS diet. I think phase one of the original Atkins would be a good one too. I have both books but can‘t find the Atkins one right now. I love all the good recipes in the SB, I keep that one handy its with all my other recipe books.
Melva, I know 80 oz sounds like a lot of water LOL. Its just been since I have been sick the begin of this week that I increased my water by 20 oz , I guess cause I wasn’t eating I needed to drink. . At first I was peeing every 10 mins, now I just make sure after I take in about 20 oz that I have access to a BR because it sneaks up on me and when I gotta go…I gotta go LOL. I don’t like plain water I use Crystal lite. 1 pkg in 40 oz of water.
Last night I ate too much, I know it was due to thinking about food all day… trying to figure out a planned menu and I still haven’t fini**** I know what I will eat but have to do some numbers so I can stay within my calorie, protein range.
Night time is the worst for me and eating. I had rye bread and PB and Kashi Cereal last night when I was alone. I had promised myself I would not eat alone at night , my worst habit it to wait till everyone is in bed or down stairs watching TV and then find something to eat… its not always a bad food choice. I want to get away from the secret of eating. Grrrr oh well its done…. today I have a plan and I will stick to it!

Read Advantage Lists 2 xs a day or more if needed
Sit Down, Slow Down, Enjoy Each Bite
Credit myself
Be accountable here daily
Exercise is not an option
Be aware of cravings and desires
Plan meals today for tomorrow
