It's D Day, time to put what you've learnt in the last 2 weeks to work.. Today follow the food plan that was made yesterday, record any unplanned food and journal food experiences. Plan tomorrows menu.
1st time 01/31/2010 - 03/14/2010 lost 13 lbs
2nd time started 03/23/2010 -
Heres what I will do daily to succeed:
Read Advantage Lists 2 xs a day or more if needed
Sit Down, Slow Down, Enjoy Each Bite
Credit myself
Be accountable here daily
Exercise is not an option
Be aware of cravings and desires
Plan meals today for tomorrow

I made a sick day plan for today. Still queasy from yesterday, no exercising today. Only thin on my plan is soup, a FEW crackers, sug free popsicles and crystal lite. I'll probably sleep through most of the meals on my plan today!
