Becks Diet Solution
Beck's Day 3 I am Hanging in by a thread
I no why i wanna lose and I have my diets picked out and today I made sure I was sitting with every the 2 meals i've eaten. For some reason I am starving, am I crazy? I had to move everything ot of my reach that would sabatoge my plans I have picked. Is this normalI even started talking about myself very loudly and its working but what does anyone do long term it's like I gotta stay home I know if I am out I will have to really fight me to stay on track.
on a good note I can see positive things I wanted to lose 10 #'s, I actually lost 2#'s since starting which is more realistic. Any suggestions I am gonna stay with this, and I want to share with the group my experiences I don't want to always be negative... HELP

are you on the one step "eat everything sittting down" ....or are you reading ahead and combining steps? IMO I would only focus on what Day 3 is asking you to do only and not worry about the other steps that are after that today.

Day 1, you should have wrote down your reasons to lose weight, and you will read those everyday throughout the Beck Diet Solution. Day 2, you have picked your diet plan, but you don't necessarily start it on this day, actually according to the book, you don't start until Day 15.
I have the workbook and it helps because a checklist of what you should be doing for the day you are on.
Day 3 was one of the hardest for me to learn. Sitting down while eating nearly drove me insane. I am on Day 16, and it is becoming habit now. I started to eat something standing up, and one of my kids noticed I wasn't sitting. I never even told them about the new rule, but I guess they saw the struggle I have it. I wouldn't worry about meal planning, because you have several more days until is the required activity for the day. I was much more equipped for it when the day actually came.
Hang in there, it gets easier.

Melva, We always want what we can’t or shouldn’t have. It will get easier the more often you resist to give in to the “no no" the easier it will get. That is awesome that you have already lost 2 of the 10 pounds you are looking to lose!!!
Keep looking for the positive, keep reading you Advantage list, read as many times as you need to!!! Are you drinking water, that helps with hunger, cravings and weight loss. I have just recently been able to take in 80 oz of water every day, it works!!!
