Eating Slowly and mindfully after tolerating hunger

has been sooo hard. The hunger headaches and the desperate feeling! Is it just me??

It is hard, and no its not just you. Your body is screaming for its own way, having a temper tantrum For the headache try eating a piece of fruit maybe an orange. Drink some water.

1st time 01/31/2010 - 03/14/2010 lost 13 lbs
2nd time started 03/23/2010 -
Heres what I will do daily to succeed:
Read Advantage Lists  2 xs a day or more if needed
Sit Down, Slow Down, Enjoy Each Bite
Credit myself
Be accountable here daily
Exercise is not an option
Be aware of cravings and desires
Plan meals today for tomorrow

Get some protein in to you.... Don't give in to it giving in is not an option!!!!!!

No Free it's not just you. this is hard, but you no what it's mind over matter, just go bac look at your reasons for doing this, tell yourself you can do it. If you are still starving with headache, drink a protein drink just to take the edge off. you can do this you are strong and have gotten this far..
