It's just a number!!

So here I go, this is a big step for me because for years no one knew my weight. Even at my highest 346 pounds just before surgery none of my family knew I was that heavy. Today I do not have a problem sharing my weight with them but I am not happy about it.


The weight that I am today is not what I signed up for the day I allowed the Dr to re arrange my insides. I am not proud of what has happened in the last several years with the weight gain, so I am hoping that if I put it out there for the world to see ......maybe........

I am also going to start recording what I eat, I will record everything even if its 3-4 slices of pizza or a big slab of cake there may even be days when I eat nothing I will record that too. I will start this in a few days I need to syc myself up for this one.

 

When I got on the scale this morning after being sick for two days the scale said 263.5 I know it is water loss but I will do almost anything to keep it from going up!

Putting it on paper is a great idea..the good the bad and the ugly...helps you to see patterns in your eating habits. Some people say that it helps them to be accountable.

I have done that in the past and it worked for a while... my plan this time is to put it on here. I want my Diet Coaches to be able to see it.

I think in this post I want to add the dates that I was sick with the Norwalk flu because that is when the # started to drop

9.5 pounds I am so greatful for being sick this week, I know the pounds are going to stop dropping off any day now and I am okay with that. I am hoping that my body’s thermometer will register this weight and say “oh yah, I like it here".
In the past I have lost 6 -7# and then put it right back on within a week, for some reason this is the way my body works.

Beverely 9.5 is 9.5 whatever it is that is fantastic you are on track and doing something about it, the pounds are not gonna stop dropping off they may slow down but thats all good. Congratulaons you are doing it and thats whats important...

I guess I am on a little plateau,I am okay with this my body needs to get familar with this number.  It’s a number my body hasn’t seen in years.
