Heres what I will do daily to succeed:
Read Advantage Lists  2 xs a day or more if needed
Sit Down, Slow Down, Enjoy Each Bite
Credit myself
Be accountable here daily
Exercise is not an option
Be aware of cravings and desires
Plan meals today for tomorrow

thanks..i will read posts and catch up later. I am depressed right now b/c I was at a stressful family event this weekend and ate all kinds of crap,did not follow my plan at all, and did not read any of becks. Will get it together.I just downloaded some new music so I can b ready for the gym tomorrow. I feel like I have reached my 'bottom' with the food. Im just so sick of my life revolving around food.

I'm sorry your weekend was so stressful. As far as the food and not following the plan and reading BDS ....things happen.  Don't allow yourself to get down about it...its over...in the past now more on!!!!!!

When you read the post for day 11 you will see that I said this is something that I will need to do again and again. So how about we just start up Monday just as if the weekend never happened.  I want to work this program with you. I know I will be more successful if I am not going this alone!

So you hit a little speed bump, thats okay....forget about the past 2 days and just move on to Day 11, doing what you need to do to succeed and meet your goals.

Its good that you got some new music, I plan on being at the gym first thing in the morning.

I will watch for your Day 11 post, we a team.... we'll work through this together thats what Day 6 is all about right?
