Day 9 Set a Realistic Goal

Read Day 9 and set a realistic goal.The book suggests to set your goals to 5 pounds at a time. That sounds like a good idea to me. So my 1st goal is to loose 5 pounds.

Dont Forget to:
Read your advantages list/response cards
eat slowly
exercise
work on your schedule ( some of us are still tweaking them)

Eat everytning sitting down
I will be rereading the book this weekend up to day 9.

Opps we are on Day 10- setting a realisic goal
1st time 01/31/2010 - 03/14/2010 lost 13 lbs
2nd time started 03/23/2010 -
Heres what I will do daily to succeed:
Read Advantage Lists  2 xs a day or more if needed
Sit Down, Slow Down, Enjoy Each Bite
Credit myself
Be accountable here daily
Exercise is not an option
Be aware of cravings and desires
Plan meals today for tomorrow

Free, I am not up to day 9 yet but setting a realistic goal is so important. Even there ough I am not there I am settin a goal of 5 pounds loss by march 1st
