My name is Judy and I had RNY (by lap) on May 7,2007.  I've maintained my weight between 145-155 for 4 years.  I've recently went through a bad break up and gained and I'm up to 168.  Not that its a whole lot but I went up a pant size and its freaking me out.  I need to get back on track.  I would actually like to get back down to 145-150, thats where I seem to feel most comfortable with my body.  I'm just looking for some support from people who knows what I'm going through.

My eating is a problem, I've been eating too much junk and I need to get my diet on track.  I moved in July and since then my exercise has drastically been reduced.  My problem with exercise right now is financial...I need something I can do in the house but have very little money to work with.

First off, glad to see you here. I'm working at it too. I can understand the not having a lot of money to exercise. Could you netflix, on demand or get library workout videos? I love the belly dancing and yoga ones and no expensive shoes or clothes required. Or hit a garage sale for some cheap used ones? Just a suggestion.

Thanks for the suggestions, never thought of the library I will have to check it out.  Well except for my thanksgiving dinner today I have been doing better at staying on my diet away from the junk food.  Now if I can get the exercise so its enough and I'm doing it daily I will be back on the right track....
