Back to Basics Boot Camp
OMG I need this board!
I did really good for the first 5 years. I got pregnant and did pretty good there. I gained 20-25 pounds during the pregnancy and I lost all the weight except 5-10 lbs. It fluctuated. But now, my son is 3 years old, I have been put on medications that said the side effects are weight gain (excuse). I don't know how much of my weight gain is from that or from me overeating. I was 140 and I want to get back down to that weight. My cloths are meant for that size so I don't have very many I can wear right now. I am currently at 170 pounds. It seems like I am not the only one having trouble. Oh, and while I was pregnant I got my wide hips back but they did not go away after this pregnancy. I don't know if that is where my fat is but I think it is. Can anyone help me? I need support big time!
Thank you to those who take the time to read my story.
I am just so frustrated at myself and lack of will power.

First off, welcome! Second, realise that you did it once before and you can do it again and yes, our bodies change in all sorts of strange ways with pregnancy. Before my first pregnancy, I wore a size 7 1/2 shoe. After my last pregnancy, I am at least an 8 1/2 to a 9. (Not to mention the new different body shape.0
Go back to the beginning. Where are your trouble spots? Getting enough water? Protein? Too many slider carbs (my personal downfall)? Excercising? Let us know what you need so we can encourage you in the right direction. Are you one of those people who can take it a step at a time or do you need to just cold turkey and get back in the program?
