I will also add exercise to my commitment have being so off due to the weather no exuse but I will try going to my classes 3timess aweek Am getting ready for one now!

Hi, Everyone! I am Bonny. I live in Seattle. My surgery is scheduled for 3/04. I am looking forward to meeting you all(on-line) and hopefully getting a few tips along the way.

Along with last week's goals, add one exercise commitment for this week
I scheduled 3 session this week (that was the maximum) in the underwater treadmill at my community center. I am making the commitment to keep those appointments and add one more day of exercise this week.
so, my goals for the week are:
1. No drinking after I eat.
2. Getting all my vitamins in
3. Healthy snacks
4. Exercise 4 times this week

Didn't have a good day on Thrus for some reason I was extremly tight and not feeling well also. Had a very hard time drinking my water just wouldn't go down. My pills got stuck just an awful day. Fri is starting out better so I hope I can accomplish my GOALS!

the only thing I need to watch is I ate dinner too fast or didn't chew enough. I had problems.

Do you have regular ice cream in your house for others?
I had a snow day monday and I was so worried that I would sit home all day and eat. Luckily there are a few treats my family likes that I don't. For example, if they want ice cream- besides the chocolate I love too...they like mint chocolate chip or strawberry and I just don't like those at all. Those are the flavors i choose to bring home.
I'm not depriving them of treats, yet I'm not tempting myself so much.

Finsh my water but just screw up had some regluar ice cream can't wait to get out house tomorrow with the roads clear from the snow!!

I have to have protein shakes inbetween meals, are you allowed those?
Don't panic!! You CAN do this. It's all a matter of changing habits we've built up for the last ..ahem... lets just say LOTS of years :) It takes time and patience

Cathie, great job! It is hard to not drink around meals. One day almost down!
