I'm a newbie here!! Happy Friday!

Hi Everyone.... I just found your group and can't wait to get to know everyone.  A little about me....I met with my Surgeon (Dr. Eid) 2 weeks ago.  I'm from the Pittsburgh, PA area.  I'm hoping to have my surgery sometime in May or June.  I'm so excited and scared at the same time.  I was introduced to my Nutritionist and brought home my new "Nutrition Bible", which I started to follow; limiting my intake and getting myself ready for my new life.  I look forward to learning and listening to you all and sharing whatever I can with you.  Happy Friday!!  

Hello Barbara!   My advice is talk to anyone you can about it - read all you can about it - ask your doctor all the questions you can think of.... (and you'll probably still feel like you weren't prepared!)  Kind of like having kids!!
