Along with last week's goals, add one exercise commitment for this week
I scheduled 3 session this week (that was the maximum) in the underwater treadmill at my community center. I am making the commitment to keep those appointments and add one more day of exercise this week.
so, my goals for the week are:
1. No drinking after I eat.
2. Getting all my vitamins in
3. Healthy snacks
4. Exercise 4 times this week
