Week of Jan 16th - Goals

Along with last week's goals, add one exercise commitment for this week

I scheduled 3 session this week (that was the maximum) in the underwater treadmill at my community center.  I am making the commitment to keep those appointments and add one more day of exercise this week.

so, my goals for the week are:

1. No drinking after I eat. 
2. Getting all my vitamins in
3. Healthy snacks

4. Exercise 4 times this week

I will also add exercise to my commitment have being so off due to the weather no exuse but I will try going to my classes 3timess aweek Am getting ready for one now!

I did not do great on my exercise and I'd like to use the weather as an excuse.. but it's not a good one.  I will do better this week!

I also have to do better this week having alot of problems folowing the basics for some reason. Have to get my water in big problem since the weekend. I am going to just try one thing at a time.
