My eats:
B-coffee/creamer
L-2 George Foreman bunless burgers with Swiss cheese dipped in honey and bar b-q sauce
D-pork chop and sauteed zucchini, summer squash, and mushrooms
Still not feeling well, but I have been able to eat different foods the past couple of days and they taste ok....not good, just ok.
My planned eats for today....
breakfast....banana
Lunch.........meatloaf/ veggies
dinner........have appointments this afternoon and church tonight, so we are having fast food hamburgers !
I know, not the best choice, but hubby wants a big,ole juicy burger..... I will order a small burger and snag some of his fries.....
I hope everyone has a healthy day !
I actually post my planned eating for the day.....then I record on My Fitness Pal what I actually ate. By writing down my plans, I am held accountable to myself......most of the time, I eat 90% of what I said I was going to eat. I have to have a plan and know what is available to me to eat, so that I don't just grab something and go. I have to be prepared for every food choice.
Hi Brandi - You're right about losing regain. It is harder than it was right after we've had surgery. However, we can lose regain.
Absolutely no judgment here with us. BOTTers have no judgement here because we share the same of regain and being on track.
You have a great mindset about how GREAT you felt when you were lighter. Remember that - put it on post-it's and put them on your fridge, in your kitchen, on your computer....anywhere that you spend time, post-it there.
Join in on our daily thread about what's up and eats. For me, the what's up has been helpful to share here and to commit my food.
I'm so glad that you're a BOTTer!

You aren't alone in the regain - please don't feel demoralized. Unfortunately, regain is common. So common that an article has been written about it for 16 ways to get back on track.
I'm so glad that your BOTTing with our group.

Hi scrappy,
Hope everything is ok with your colonoscopy. Nothing like a good cleanse to reset.
Brandi,
I also write down what I eat after eaten. I have been counting protein, fiber, and water. I just started using the nutritional tracker on this site yesterday. Interesting to see calories, sodium, etc. I am learning so much from older posts it makes me feel less like a failure and more like a normal person.
Take care
Hi Brandi,
Hope your soreness goes away soon. Maybe it will work out when you go to gym today😀. I walked yesterday, first time in weeks. It was pretty outside and it made my dog happy. My biggest problem is snacking in the evening. I do good all day then blow it with snacks before bed. I made the decision not to eat after 6:30. Last night I knew the kid's had pizza in the fridge. I wanted it so bad but I knew I would have to chart it so I didn't eat any. I have to lose this weight cause my clothes are getting tight and I refuse to buy bigger size. Knowing that others are in the same boat sure helps.
Have a great day everyone!

I am new to this board and have a question. Are you posting what you DID eat for the day or what you have planned to eat for the day? I write down what I eat after I eat it so as too keep track and so I can look up idea's for meals on other days. For me, meal idea's are the hardest.

I am finding for me the hardest part of the losing weight is finding food/meal choices. I search the web all the time for new recipes to try and that does help! But my husband and I do very low carb with the exception of carbs from vegetables. When I get tempted to eat poorly I try and remind myself how good I felt physically and mentally when my weight was 30 pounds lower!! I want to feel that way again :( I went to the gym yesterday, first time in MONTHS and today I can hardly move! All I did was the eliptical and treadmill. But I am going back again today! I want the benefit of not only lowering my calorie intake to help the weight come off but also burning extra calories while toning. Wish me luck as I do all of you!! Together we can do this :D Have a GREAT day!
Good morning,
I had sugery in 2010 and this past year I have really struggled and 30 pounds is just no longer acceptable.
Got back on track in March, but finding it difficult to stay positive. Losing the regain is happening, but struggling emotionally and hormonally.
I am glad I am not alone in this battle.
Thanks for letting me join the group.
